Job Description:
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, such as developers, product owners, and business users, to collect user requirements.
- Develop comprehensive requirement documentation based on the acquired information.
- Perform in-depth business requirement analysis, taking into account dependencies, prioritization, and gap analysis.
- Determine the final scope of development through thorough analysis.
- Work closely with software engineers and project managers to devise conceptual solution designs.
- Communicate effective delivery plans for proposed solutions.
- Present "stories" adeptly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Maintain transparent and concise communication with stakeholders.
- Facilitate UAT execution by closely collaborating with business users.
- Follow up with developers on the resolution progress of bugs identified during UAT.
- Acquire expertise as a product knowledge specialist, approaching challenges from a business perspective.
- Conduct user training sessions proficiently in both English and Mandarin.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a minimum of 4 years of work experience with a proven track record in Business Analysis, preferably within the gaming industry.
- Hold a higher diploma or bachelor’s degree.
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills, resolving conflicts across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Display strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Possess work experience in Scrum/Agile environments.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently on multiple projects proactively and with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrate the ability to elaborate user stories, create backlogs, conduct grooming, prioritize tasks, and produce acceptance test cases in collaboration with QA.
- Possess basic knowledge of databases.
- Demonstrate the ability to create Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERD) and perform basic data querying.
- Be proficient in documentation and project management tools like G Suite, Confluence, Jira, etc.
