Job Description:
- Manage the sales performance of the teams responsible for selling to Greater China, South Korea, and Japan
- Draft, conceptualize and share new sales campaigns and ideas within our growing team
- Disciplinary and professional management of the teams selling to Greater China, South Korea, and Japan
- Drive revenue growth and consistently achieve monthly team revenue targets
- Identify opportunities for improvement within the teams to discuss and analyze with VP Sales Asia
- Thoroughly understand product market fit in order to demonstrate our value proposition effectively to clients and prospects
- Lead a culture of sales excellence; drive consistent revenue generation, constant improvement and adoption of sales processes, pipeline management, measurement of KPI’s and sales performance with tangible plans for improvement when needed
Job Requirements:
- 9 to 12 years experience with a proven track record of success in sales and team management with a subscription or recurring revenue business
- You have the desire to build a collaborative, inspired team culture
- Ideally, you have experience in building a high-growth sales team serving customers in one or more countries in the North Asia region in diverse industries and sizes
- Experience with Outbound prospecting (Call, Social, Mail) strategy to marketing, strategy, business development, and research leaders is critical
- Verbal and written English fluency is a requirement; excellent communication skills (transparent, clear, concise) is necessary
- Demonstrable record of successful new business development in a fast-paced, high growth environment
- Experience leading teams remotely
