Job Description:
- Evaluate tenders, cost estimates, manage contracts and advice on contract matters.
- Preparing and agreeing payments applications/valuations in accordance with the terms of the contract conditions.
- Prepare and compile claim document to align with Engineer.
- Analyse and suggest subcontract payment application based on actual progress of S/C work.
- Monitor relevant authorities / client websites to identify tender opportunities
- Monitor site progress and prepare claim against value of work done.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying /Building / Construction Management or any relevant
- Minimum 4 Year(s) experience in Quantity Survey.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and details oriented.
- Knowledge of civil projects.
