Job Description:
- Overview : Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling all aspects of production operations to meet aggressive delivery and quality expectations and attaining optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
- Coordination: Develop and implement production plans to meet aggressive delivery schedules while ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor production processes to maintain stringent quality standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate production teams to achieve operational excellence, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and waste minimization to enhance overall efficiency and profitability.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations to create a safe working environment for all employees.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on production performance, analyzing key metrics to drive informed decision-making and strategic planning.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as R&D, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to resolve issues and optimize production flow.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Food Science or Food Technology
- 3 to 5 years of working experience in a food / beverage manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
