Salary up to S$8,000
Responsibilities:
- Implement advanced monitoring systems to ensure product quality and optimize yield in electronics manufacturing.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance overall product quality.
- Lead initiatives to integrate and resolve abnormal quality issues within the manufacturing process.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions and preventive measures.
- Drive initiatives to enhance internal quality control procedures and improve process capability.
- Implement best practices to streamline processes and maximize operational efficiency.
- Lead efforts to address and improve customer-reported quality issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders, detailing corrective actions and preventive measures.
- Develop and implement plans to optimize quality inspection processes.
- Identify opportunities for automation and technological advancements to improve inspection efficiency.
- Foster open communication and collaboration across departments for effective quality management.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving quality objectives.
- Oversee personnel-related tasks including task assignments, coordination, attendance, and performance management.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Supervise the timely delivery of tasks and projects to meet quality objectives within established timelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 6-8 years of proven experience in quality management, with a focus on manufacturing processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent leadership skills and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and standards such as TS16949 and VDA 6.3.
- Experience in collaborating with counterparts in China/ Taiwan.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma) is advantageous.
