Job Scope:
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to policies.
- Technical Support: Assist the Singapore sales team.
- CAPA Investigations: Lead and resolve CAPA.
- Internal Audits: Implement audit schedules and ensure compliance.
- Supplier Approval: Oversee approval of special process suppliers.
- MSS2 Project Support: Assist with specifications and guide the Sales and Certification teams.
- Concession Approval: Approve and release concessions.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Metallurgy or a related discipline is a must.
- IRCA lead auditor qualification is a plus.
- Knowledge of heat treatment processes for low alloy and nickel alloy steels.
- Familiarity with customer material specification requirements.
- Proficiency in quality methodologies (5 Whys, fishbone diagrams, ISO 9001).
- Experience in process and compliance auditing.
- Conduct audits of special process suppliers within the last 3 years.
