Job Overview:
The Part-Time Event Facilitator is responsible for supporting the coordination and execution of events on a part-time basis. This role involves assisting with event logistics, liaising with clients and vendors, and providing on-site support to ensure the smooth operation of events.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Support:
-Assist in the planning and preparation of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, Team buildings.
-Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venue staff to ensure all logistics are arranged.
-Help with the setup, execution, and teardown of events, ensuring all elements run smoothly.
On-Site Event Management:
-Serve as a point of contact during events, addressing any issues or changes promptly.
-Provide direction and support to event staff and volunteers as needed.
-Ensure the event environment is welcoming and accommodating for attendees.
