Job Summary:
To manage full spectrum of Human Resources (HR) functions, include HR Planning & Budgeting, Payroll administration (InfoTech), Employee Relations, Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Training & Development, Change Management, etc.
The Successful Applicant
- Diploma/ Degree in Business Management, HR Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3-4 years of full spectrum experience in a fast-paced and dynamic organization
- Ideally from similar industry - Manufacturing industry that handle > 100 headcounts
- Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese speaking stakeholders)
- Team player with sound judgment and analytical skills
