Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Administrator (Agri-Inspections). As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks related to our agri-inspections business. This includes
- managing schedules
- preparing pre-shipment certificates
- coordinating with clients
- attending to trade shows, meetings (where necessary)
- providing general administrative support.
You will also be given a sales related KPI to improve the overall topline of the inspection business.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a marketing and sales administrative role, preferably in the agri-inspections industry, cargo surveying, logistics planning
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
