3. Monitoring and management: Monitor and manage special guarantee operations for large customers to promote quality improvement for large customers;
4. Peak guarantee: Assist the group's strategic customers, SKA customers, and regional KA customers to collect peak period volume forecasts, and link market product lines and operational functions to formulate guarantee requirements and operational monitoring;
5. System support: Responsible for undertaking and following up on the needs of major customers for operational monitoring and early warning systems.
