ACCOUNTANT

Lian Cheng Engineering & Construction Pte. Ltd.

Job Description.

Daily general ledger, accounts receivable and accounts payable functions. Yearly management account, P&L, BALANCE SHEET, GENERAL LEDGER.

Preparation and review of payment vouchers, invoices, debit/credit notes

Preparation and submission of tax forms e.g. GST, corporation tax, tax filing etc

Liaise with auditors, tax agents and company secretaries on all statutory and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance

Risk management and analysis

Participate in month-end close, account reconciliation and management account preparation to ensure accurate and timely closure of accounts.

Assist with annual budgets, annual audits and forecasts


Position Requirements

Professional qualification in accounting, proficient in office software.

Fix work time 4 hours per day in office.

Minimum 2 years accounting experience in Singapore, familiar with internal controls, finance and accounting procedures

High integrity and able to work independently

Good written English and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
