Job Scopes
- Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement schedules for preventive maintenance of all machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues in Fanuc controlled CNC machines and other equipment.
- Equipment Installation: Assist with the installation and commissioning of new machinery.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including logs, reports, and service manuals.
- Health & Safety: Follow all health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement solutions to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
- Spare Parts Management: Ensure sufficient inventory of spare parts and manage procurement as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to support operational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years in maintenance engineering within a precision engineering or manufacturing environment
- Experience with CNC machines (FANUC control), lathes, milling machines, and other precision engineering equipment.
- Knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting is a plus.
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- Willing to do overtime
