Responsibilities
- To monitor and report on the progress of works
- To assist in enforcing the Airport Operational and Safety Requirements and ensure that works are carried out in a safe and proper manner.
- To check all drawings and specifications to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the approved plans.
- To attend site progress, variation and coordination meetings and keep proper site records
- Able to manage and supervise a team Resident Site Staff under his charge.
- To supervise works to comply with statutory requirements
Requirements
- Minimum five years of relevant experience as a RE
- Possess a Degree C&S Engineering from University accredited by the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore
- Preferably with working experience in Airport, transportation terminals, commercial complexes or hospitals, etc.
- Competence in Microsoft project, Words, Excel and PowerPoint and AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of C&S details, working drawings, shop drawings and C&S construction methods.
- Strong knowledge of LTA and BCA requirements and regulation for foundation and building structure construction
