Job Description:
- Support users in Singapore, China, Malaysia, Thailand, Korea, Japan, India and Taiwan and other locations which may requires communication in local dialects and languages other than English.
- Install and support Windows (10 onward), Microsoft 365 which include MS Office (2010 onward).
- Troubleshoot MYOB, SQL Server, WordPress, HRMS, Microsoft Report Builder, MS Access, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and CRM.
- iOS and Android devices handling (hardware & software)
- Scripting, coding, and macro programming, DOS Batch commands, visual basic, VBA, C, SQL, etc.
- Automation from point to point for efficiency and productivity using quick development and connectivity tools such as MS Access, ODBC, PowerApps, etc.
- The company belief in Work Live Balance but there is a need to be on standby during off hours and holidays for countries that are not having a holiday. Off days will be offered to staff who had to work on holidays and weekend due to any sudden events.
- The company has no work from home or work remotely arrangement at this point until a policy is ready to be adopted.
- Ready to take on new IT challenges that is outside of this JD.
Requirements:
- Certificate, Diploma or Degree in IT covering coding, and database design.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (please also include internship experience – if any)
- IT Hardware and Software inclined for system integrate across hardware, systems, and platform.
- Highly curious techie who is creative in identifying problems and resolving strange issues in a proper manner for the long term.
- Ability to work under pressure when challenged by difficult users, senior and top management.
- Always maintain a high standard of conduct and service level for all users of different ages, computer literacy and background.
- Never give up and a can-do attitude to take on multiple tasks at any one time.
