Currently, we're hiring Consultant to join us with:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Corporate Secretarial work.
- Organize and prepare agendas and papers for board meetings, committees, and annual general meetings (AGMs).
- Draft minutes of meetings and resolutions, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Provide guidance on corporate matters, including company formations, reorganizations, and resolutions.
- Liaise with external legal advisors, auditors, and regulatory bodies as needed.
The responsibilities for this role will include:
- Monitor changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and take appropriate action.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and provide reports to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their corporate secretarial needs are met.
- Provide proactive and responsive service to clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
