DESCRIPTION
As a Project Control Manager your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the project control activities. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed within budget, on schedule, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. Your role will involve coordinating with project teams, monitoring project progress, analysing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to mitigate risks and optimize project outcomes.
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelors in Professional,Project Management, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, PMI-SP) is preferred.
· Proven experience (10+ years) in project control, project management
· In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, techniques, and tools, including project scheduling, cost control, risk management, and change management.
· Familiarity with processes, and regulations, including safety standards, environmental regulations, and permitting requirements.
· Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project, or equivalent tools, for scheduling, budgeting, reporting and Auto CAD software.
· Familiar with Singapore road routes and Class 4 licence with forklift licence.
· Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret and analyze complex project data and performance metrics.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse project teams and stakeholders.
· Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate, inspire, and influence others to achieve project objectives.
· Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
