Responsibilities
- Assist the Executive Supervisor to manage warehouse & logistics operations including management of material handlers, drivers and warehouse security
- Plan, provide and conduct training to new members. Maintain close communication with members including regular briefing. Help to oversee the housekeeping, cleanliness, safety and discipline and wellbeing of workers.
- Oversee the daily collection & delivery schedule as well as monthly/ weekend OT arrangement for staffs
- To manage and communicate with customer & Planner
- Control & monitor daily MH & driver operation (incoming/receiving, finished goods, packing, documentation and delivery)
- To manage, update and compilation of warehouse related work instructions, procedures safety checklists, housekeeping duty roster, risk assessments and other work-related documentations
- To manage receive goods are in proper and good condition, incoming goods quantity & documents abnormality. Report any abnormalities immediately to customer & planner
- To manage incoming receiving procedures and outgoing packing procedures
- To manage resource for daily operation
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Preferably experience in production planning, warehouse and logistics
- Preferably with class 3 driving license
- Sense of urgency, problem solving skill, eye for details, good team leader, meticulous
Shift Type / Work Hours
- Normal Shift (5 days work week)
- 7.50am to 4.55pm
