Working Location: Bukit Batok
Job Description:
- Responsible for day-to-day and month-end closing of Accounts Payable duties
- Assist in GL closing by preparing accounting schedules and reconciliation of accounts
- Assist in Treasury duties such as:
- Monitor daily cash positions and perform cash forecasting to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Maintenance of fixed assets register
- Liaison with finance team in Malaysia on the monthly closing and audits of a subsidiary
- Assist in internal and external audits
- Other administrative duties
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy / CAT / LCCI or its equivalent
- Fresh school leavers are welcome to apply
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
- Meticulous with an attention for details
- Experience in handling high volume work and meeting deadlines
- Dynamic team player and able to work independently
- Positive attitude with pleasant personality
- Ability to communicate in Chinese would be advantageous
