Job Description
Supervise and manage daily project operations to ensure tasks are completed on schedule, aligning with quality standards and company protocols
Lead the installation teams at construction sites to plan and execute works according to the project schedule
Plan the manpower deployment require for the site works
Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, raw materials and consumables for our construction projects at construction sites
Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following guidelines, standards, and procedures
Liaise and coordinate with contractors to handle complaints and provide regular feedbacks
Ensure the quality of products are in compliant
Manage and resolve all matters on-site and assist with technical issues
Requirements
At least 1 year experience in construction
Safetyconscious
Self-driven, with positive attitude.
Good interpersonal skills and time management.
Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
