Job Description & Responsibilities
· Design of M&E services for Building projects using Autocad / Revit / BIM
· Coordinate and liaise with Engineers in preparation of M&E drawings (Autocad / Revit)
· Read and understand Architectural / Technical drawings and translate into design concept
· Assist Engineers to prepare & submit plans to Authorities
· Work closely with Project Team on the production of M&E drawings
Job Requirement:
· Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or
· ITE Holder / Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or Building Services
· Familiar with local codes of practice
· Familiar with BIM software is preferred
· Ability to use Autocad / Revit will be essential
· Ability to design and prepare ACMV drawings will be an advantage
· Be independent, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and deliver timely
· Preferably Min 3 years of relevant experience required.
