Job Description:
- Manage and prepare the measurements and cost estimates for the construction projects from initial calculations to the final accounts.
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
- Evaluate tenders from contractors and subcontractors and, where appropriate, negotiate with the contractors.
- Prepare contract documents in accordance to the regulations.
- Prepare cost analysis and monitor project overruns to ensure the objectives of the project is achieved.
- Access payment and variation works to client and subcontractors to facilitate the smooth workflow process.
- Communicate with the client, management, sub-contractors and keeps track of the progression of both main contract and sub-contract.
- Monitor and keep track of project progress and are responsible for the measurement and valuation of variations in the work during the contract, for agreement of interim payments and the final account.
- Perform all duties in accordance with CCCC policies, processes, systems and procedures.
- Any other adhoc tasks assigned by project director.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- More than 8 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- With working experience with main-con.
- With both civils and architectural knowledges.
- Track record in building, facility, commercial projects.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- 5.5days work week/project site working hrs applies.
