Job Scope:
- Operate and maintain manufacturing facilities, equipment, jigs and fixtures, such as assembly jig and machinery, calibration equipment and Tester, Glue Dispenser, Ultrasonic cleaner, conveyors, and automated machinery, to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor production processes, identify any issues or deviations from specifications, and take corrective action as necessary.
- Conduct regular equipment calibration and correlation checks throughout the production process to ensure consistency of product specifications and quality standards and maintain stable production yield.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and quality control personnel, to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, resolve production issues, and implement process improvements.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure consistent and accurate production outcomes.
- Maintain accurate production records, including batch records, equipment logs, and quality control documentation.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
