Job Description & Requirements:
- Perform estimation and taking off quantities and any calculation required.
- Assist in tendering project.
- Monitoring the project plans, working hours, labor control and budgets in specified time frame
with the minimum cost.
- Understand the project plans, specifications and explain plans and contract terms to status.
Make sure the differences between tender drawings and construction drawings, and then
communicate with construction team and take note , record photo for all differences for VO.
- Ensure the costs for all VO works and prepare VO submission to clients.
- Min. Diploma in Quantity Surveying in Civil & Construction Engineering field.
