Roles & Responsibilities
- Taking overall responsibility for all FA production line activity in the company
- Knowledge and ability to check, report and monitor production plan and output
- Understand time studies, how to conduct them and report them to management, have the ability to feedback on losses due to machine or quality issues as a result to ensure the line is running smoothly
- C-ordinate with Process Technician/ Process Engineer in line set-up and work with engineers and manager to give feedback for any machine, assembly and test jig
- Conducting daily checks of each production running station and review machine parameter checklist done by operators
- Ability to check and verify line reject
- Follow-up & co-ordinate with store keeper for any material shortages and understand material kits from store
- Supervise and train new operators base on Manufacturing Instructions
- Conduct training for operators base on new Judgement Criteria / Manufacturing Instructions
- Ability to collect QA data and start a method to do so to report systematically to management
- Understand ISO requirements, both for 9001 and 14001 and its relevant requirements and reporting
- Performing other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Minimium 2 years experience in manufacturing environment
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft office
Salary and Benefits, Working Hours and Work Location
- Monthly Gross Salary between SGD$2,000 to SGD$2,700
- 5-day work week

- Located in Kaki Bukit area(Near Kaki Bukiy MRT), convenient for public transport
