Job Scope:
- Prepare regular status reports in an acceptable format to the Corporation.
- Prepare tender specifications and documentation for tenders/quotations, calling and evaluation and make recommendation for client’s acceptance.
- Oversee cost and budget estimation, including the preparation of Schedule of Rates as required to supplement the existing one.
- Oversee and manage contract services process, e.g. selection of sub-consultants and sub-contractors, tender invitation, tender evaluation, tender award recommendations and letting contracts.
- Supervise cost control, including provision of monthly financial reports on the progress claims on works done by the different sub-contractors.
- Manage and monitor all the sub-contractors’ performance, including those appointed by client, to ensure quality and the workflow to be in accordance to the SOPs and procedures set up for the Property.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in FM industries
- Bachelor's degree in FM, property management, construction related field
