Job Scope:
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair activities.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers.
- Ensure properties comply with relevant regulations and standards.
- Address and resolve tenant inquiries and complaints promptly.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in FM, Property Management, Building Maintenance, civil/ structural/ mechanical or electrical engineering from a local polytechnic or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in FM industries
