DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead coordination work with E&M service for Design and Construction development as per LTA’s standard and practice
1) Final Design and FCDD
2) Product Submission, MS and RA Submission
3) Construction Submission (Shop Drawing, Manufacturing Drawing, etc.)
4) CSD/SEM Drawing for Construction
2. Handling Archi/C&S issues during service coordination
3. Coordinate with BIM team/E&M team with Subcontractor/Archi team for an optimized solution
4. Site coordination after SWCs site access
5. Report to Coordination Manager on a regular basis
6. Monitor Civil works schedule in relation to E&M cast-in-situ items and monitor work progress leading to Basic Structure Completion (BSC);
7. Supervise the testing and Commissioning of E&M systems in accordance with validation requirements.
8. Timely and progressive delivery of as-built drawings.
9. Management of finalized SEM Dwg and Construction dwg
1) Manage finalized all kinds of E&M drawings
2) Manage of finalized all kinds of Design Documentations
3) Modify Drawings by using the Auto-Cad programme
4) Modify a relevant design document
5) Distribute necessary drawings to a relevant party
6) Communication with the Interface team and BIM team for construction
7) E&M Documents management including all drawings
