Job scope:
- To perform manual billing for hospital/clinic, upload invoices into respective hospital/clinic portal.
- To perform backup role for Customer Care team
- No customer fronting
- To perform onsite count on consignment location in hospital
- 88 locations of consignment inventory, typical 3 count per year per location
- Sales representatives will feedback on inaccuracy of inventory
- Client will provide equipment for count using RFID
Requirements:
- Minimum Higher Nitec in Logistics and Supply Chain
- Willing to station in client’s office 3 days per week (near MRT)
- Willing to travel to hospital for onsite count (transport allowance provided)
- Must have experience in handling healthcare products before
- Good administrative skills
- A good team player
Others:
- Basic salary: $2500 - $3000, AWS, Performance bonus
- Medical/dental benefits claimable
- Company’s transport is provided to & fro (excluding client’s site)
- Based in warehouse for 2 days at Jln Buroh and 3 days at Buona Vista office
