Description:
• Attend to service calls on kitchen equipment (mainly for broiler, other equipment do simple troubleshoot)
• Troubleshoot for store maintenance issues (lighting, water, etc)
• Perform broiler preventive maintenance (broiler cleaning) – half yearly, only at night
• Report any faults observed in store and render assistance
• Manage inventory of spare parts
• Any other ad hoc tasks
Requirements:
• Knowledge and experience on equipment(HVAC, Kitchen Equipment) troubleshooting; electrical controls and equipment maintenance
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Able to work on weekend or Public Holiday when required
• Able to undergo one month of training at Malaysia
• At least 2 years of experience in relevant field.
• Working hours 9am – 6pm, Monday to Friday and standby on weekends
• Possess Class 3 license
