Responsibilities:
- Self-performroutine maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of building systems and equipment
- Conduct inspections of facilities and identify potential issues or areas for improvement
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Respond to maintenance requests and address maintenance issues in a timely manner
- Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment or systems
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs
- Coordinate with external vendors or contractors as needed for specialized repairs or maintenance
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance tasks to minimize equipment failure and prolong its lifespan
- Assist in managing inventory and ordering necessary supplies and parts.
Requirements:
- Min 1 years of experience as facilities technician
- Working on rotational shift (no overnight)
- School environment, comfortable with car guiding duties in the morning
