Responsibilities
- Validate incoming orders/tickets for completeness and accuracy, including verifying SLA and high-level work instructions.
- Ensure all requests/tickets received before 3 PM are delivered the same business day.
- Coordinate and communicate clearly with engineers and coordinators regarding stock arrangements for onsite delivery.
- Maintain 100% accuracy in report management, including stock arrangement, asset tag management, warranty and claim devices, and order delivery.
- Keep the warehouse clean and fully utilized, ensuring proper organization of devices for deployment, warranty, disposal, and EOL.
- Ensure proper and timely kill disk/data wipe for disposal units.
- Escalate issues to CDM when necessary and communicate effectively with team members.
- Respond promptly to emails and communications from users, engineers, team members, team leads, and CDM.
Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment.
- Effective English communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Patience, tolerance and focus while under demanding deadline.
- Willing to work overtime when required.
