Job Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day HR coordination tasks and respond to queries from managers and employees.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job descriptions, adverts, interviews, and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations to maintain high morale and fair treatment.
- Record and track absences, organize Occupational Health appointments, and handle related cases.
- Update and maintain the skills matrix and assist with training and development planning.
- Ensure HR information systems are accurate and up-to-date, prepare reports, and manage payroll data.
- Support the update of HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement activities.
- Lead and manage HR projects and maintain confidentiality in all HR matters.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in HR/Admin.
- Minimum of 5 years in HR/Admin within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in HR coordination or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information and maintain high standards of professionalism.
- Proficiency in HR information systems and reporting.
- Experience with recruitment, employee relations, and absence management.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
