RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Design the factory layout with necessary machines, equipment and facilities
- Make the full detail list of machines, equipment and facilities for new factory
- Review the M&E designed drawing and related information given by consultant or contractor
- Control and co-ordinate with consultant or contractor(s) to make sure the design can meet the requirements in term of engineering and cost
- Assist and implement the document submission and getting approval from authorities
- Supervise the project progress and onsite construction, M&E works properly (QCDS)
- Cross-check to buy-off the materials used for the construction and M&E project
- Ensure risk assessments are carried out and all risks are identified
- Co-work with consultant to ensure that contractors work strictly within company’s Safety Management System and comply fully with all its requirements
- Control of related documents and records properly
REQUIREMENTS :
- Degree holder of relevant Industrial Universities with major in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Knowledge and experience in Industrial Factory building Sector
- At least 2 to 3 years in the related working experience
- Able to use the Autocad 2D &3D software fluently. Able to use the BIM or relevant 3D design software will be a plus point.
- Able to coordinate, supervise and liaise with Clients, Consultants, Authorities and Contractors
- Good Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact well at all levels
- Mature personality, independent, initiative, self-motivated and have good technical skills in decision making
