Job Description
• Have a knowledge on Safety Health.
• Handle Johor Bahru shipping and complete the job until issue invoice to customer.
• Manage and monitor all billing activity including quotation, costing, payment collection, and G- trane entries is prepared on timely manner.
• Facilitate and improve billing operation effectiveness and efficiency that makes the customer payment is in orderly.
• Checking and verify invoice and all related to billing transactions are accurate and timely received by the Customer.
• Ensure all the billing transaction and documentation process are comply to the current regulations.
• Prepare the counter measure reports to solve any problems occurred and reported to the HOD.
• Compliance to all related government regulatory and statutory requirements in all business activity.
Requirements
・Diploma in Logistics or any related field
・Experience in billing, Logistics Industry or any related field for 1 year above
・Having knowledge in the billing and basic accounting.
・Handling documents related to logistics

Working Location: Masai, Johor
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6:15pm
