Roles & Responsibility
- Design and prepare marketing collaterals
- Create marketing campaigns and posts on social media, (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, 小红书)
- Assist in doing up invoices, quotation and payment vouchers
- Process claims from employees
- Prepare employee timesheet and payslips
- Create payment transactions on iBanking
- Input all company transactions into XERO accounting software and reconciliation
- AIS Submission
- Provide documents to accountant to do yearly tax submission
- Construction / renovation permit submission documents
- Ad hoc admin duties
- Basic housekeeping of office
Requirement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF, Adobe Photshop, Adobe Illustrator
- Self driven & meticulous
- Able to work independently and be self directed
- Singaporeans, Singapore PR and Malaysians are welcome to apply
Company Background
We are a construction/renovation, design & build company with around 10 employees. We mainly do projects for residential and commercial properties. We are looking for a Social Media Executive to help us create more online presence and at the same time provide us with adminstrative support.
Remarks - Workload is manageble and able to complete within normal office hours, as our adminstrative workload is not very high. Training and guidance will be provided!
