This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to join a fintech organisation and support a highly entrepreneurial group Chairman both professionally and personally. The businesses are going through a period of rapid growth and would suit someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment.

Your professional and highly developed organisational skills will be just what is required to make an immediate impact supporting the Chairman, both directly in the businesses as well as in his family office.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Chairman.
  • Manage Chairman's calendar, scheduling meetings and ensure all appointments/ meetings are timely and notified.
  • Coordinate and oversees to all the travel arrangements, personal claims etc for Chairman.
  • Perform minutes taking and ensure accurate and timely distribution of minutes to all attendees of meeting.
  • Follow up on all matters timely and professionally with regards to the communication and coordination of all meetings with internal and external parties.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Provide support in Company related events and ad-hoc projects/ tasks as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience at least 3 years of executive secretarial or related experience, preferably in fast-paced working environment.
  • Good sense of work prioritization/time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and prioritize competing demands to meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Mature and professional with strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism.
