Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Technical Customer Support Services and Technical Workshop Services
- Work alongside with sales and channel management to ensure the strategic development and execution of new services businesses, influencing with stakeholders at local, regional, and global levels
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives that align with the company's objectives, focusing on improving service delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for service expansion, including the development and integration of innovative new offerings to meet evolving market demands.
- Support Sales with New Business acquisition of Services, and provides input to Marketing for Demand Generation activities
- Ensuring policies (e.g. ISO9001, ISP, HSE), practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers and stakeholders including warranty
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of vehicle technology, technical service business experience
- Experience in an After-sales service environment
- Understand the goals of the Division and the way in which he/she contributes towards the success of the region/subregion
- Familiar with quality assurance practices
