Seeking a dedicated professional to join our dynamic physiotherapy clinic in Singapore. As a Clinical Assistant, you'll be the frontline ambassador for our patient-centric approach, managing clinic operations and enhancing the patient experience.
Your role will blend administrative efficiency with compassionate patient care, supporting our multidisciplinary team in delivering top-tier rehabilitation services. Ideal for those passionate about healthcare administration and patient support, this position offers the opportunity to meaningfully impact our clients' recovery journeys.
Full-time positions are available, with competitive compensation and a supportive work environment in our Novena and Raffles clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and organise multi-practitioner, multi-clinic schedules.
- Be the welcoming face of HelloPhysio, managing patient inquiries and registration.
- Handle insurance billing and vital administrative tasks.
- Other duties, as required.
Ideal Candidate:
- Healthcare clinic experience (preferred)
- Embodies a patient-first mindset with a warm demeanour
- Excels in interpersonal communication
- Available for Saturday morning shifts
