· Designing and delivering a full spectrum of learning and development initiatives as part of organizational capability development.
· Create online learning programs
· Assess employees’ capabilities through learning needs analysis to understand current /anticipated gaps in knowledge and skills set
· Identify relevant WSQ courses and customer service programs to support life-long learning Initiatives
· Conduct onboarding, orientation and service excellence in alignment with organization vision mission
· In-charge of the trainee internships from various schools
· Manage government initiatives for the hotel sector
· Work closely with various departments to develop OJT for new staff / trainee
· Conduct interviews and coach trainees
. Undertaking any other related task/duty that may be assigned
Requirements:
· Minimum 8 years' experience in similar capacity in hospitality industry
. Full ACTA qualification
. Familiar with government initiatives
. Excellent interpersonal, planning & organisational skills.
. Proficient in MS Office application
. Attention to details on the deliverables and being meticulous
