· Position Title: Admin Assistant
· Working Location: Bugis
· Working Hours: Mon-Fri (8.30am – 5.30pm)
Key Responsibilities
· Attend incoming calls and emails
· Assist in accounting tasks
· Handle petty cash
· General admin support
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job requirements
· Minimum GCE ‘O’ / Nitec
· Proficient in Microsoft Office application and basic accounting
· Excellent team player with good interpersonal skills
· Comfortable in handling phone calls in a positive and professional manner
· Strong sense of task ownership
· Independent, meticulous, and positive attitude in learning
· This position is open to Singaporeans and PRs only
Salary range
· $2,500 - $2,900
