Responsibilities:
- Working and communicating with various stakeholders and team members on patients' requests and changes to bed assignment.
- Using of the Bed Management System to search and assign beds to patients in accordance to set protocol, policy and procedures
- Collating, analysing and submitting of statistical reports on a timely basis
Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec/ Diploma cert in any field of study
- Entry level - no related exp needed, training provided
- Possess some customer service / admin experience would be advantageous
- Open to work 3 shift preferred
