Our client is a Singapore-based motor and travel insurance provider, established over a decade ago. They are currently looking for a dependable individual to join their customer service team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all customer inquiries, both pre-sale and post-sale, and maintain ongoing customer relationships.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary contact for all customer interactions, utilizing telephone as the main communication method, along with email and live chat support.
- Manage incoming calls related to pre-sales inquiries, sales, and post-sale customer service requests.
- Achieve the KPIs set by the team manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or GCE 'O' level; relevant customer service experience is advantageous.
- General Insurance certification is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with a proactive, positive attitude.
This is a contract role with a duration of 1 year.
