Assistant Manager, JRCOE, Project Management, JE Tool (6 Months)

You will support the Head of Job Redesign Centre of Expertise (JR COE) to set up and operationalise the new centre. The JR-COE seeks to grow JR expertise locally and to equip enterprises with job redesign capabilities to further spur industry/business transformation efforts.


Your job scope would entail:


JR COE Operations & Administration

  • Support the new centre’s operations (e.g. in areas such as tracking KPIs & monitoring progress of enterprises, as well as overseeing the management of the JE database and platform)
  • Manage the administrative (i.e. scheduling & query handling) and data management/tracking activities for the programme management JR COE programme
  • Support with the marketing campaign and launch of the JR COE
  • Manage and prepare reporting for Playbooks download
  • Secretariat support for key Stakeholders’ meetings scheduling, meeting notes taking, preparation of presentation decks, materials coordination and circulation, etc
  • Coordination with internal departments such as Marketing Partnership Development, Digital Transformation Office, Finance, etc

Project Management of JE Online Tool

  • Support the team in liaison and coordination with appointed consultants on project deliverables, meetings
  • Monitor deliverables timeline to ensure timely completion
  • Support in outreaching and gathering of volunteers from IHRP certified HR community for project validation sessions
  • Secretariat support such as coordination of meetings with appointed consultants, industry partners (Trade Associations, Sector Agencies, etc), meeting notes taking, materials coordination and circulation, preparation of presentation decks, etc
  • Support JR related events, workshops, webinar, etc

Others

  • Support Head of Professional Practices & Certification in managing Certification Referral Programme
  • Support Head of Professional Practices & Certification on ad-hoc assignments

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g. Human Resource, Business, Consulting) is preferred
  • Experience with conducting research and tracking/analysing data is preferred
  • Proficient in Excel such as vLookup, Pivot, etc
  • Proficient in data visualization is an added advantage
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
