Responsibilities:
- To handle all Work Permit related matters i.e. application/renewal/cancellation of Work Permit and etc.
- Workers’ Payroll Administration
- To handle workers’ matters i.e. training arrangement/renewal for AWSH (previously known as CSOC) and Microlearning, Coretrade, forklift and etc., prepare employment contracts, submission of levy waiver, insurance renewals for PCP, FWMI and WICA, warning letters, arranging medical appointments (including transportation) for workers etc
- To manage job posting advertisement, reviewing and shortlisting of candidates/resumes
- To handle submission of claims for Government-Paid Leaves
- Submission of Income Tax IR8A and Tax Clearance (i.e. IR21)
- Update and maintain P-Files for employees and workers
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or related disciplines and above
- At least two (2) years' working experience handling full spectrum of HR function in construction industry - Prior HR experience in construction industry is preferred
- Proficient in and able to use Microsoft Office Applications effectively such as: MS Word and Excel
- Knowledge of InfoTech is an added advantage
- Good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Singapore Citizen / Permanent Resident preferred
Ad-Hoc Schedule:
- This position requires flexibility during off hours to support in arranging travel/flight tickets and logistics or any medical arrangements for workers on an ad-hoc basis when emergencies arises
- This role is crucial in ensuring smooth travel and logistics arrangements as well as well-being for our site workers
