Job Description:
- Provide post-sales interface with customers either by telephone, emails or face to face
- Issue sales quotations for standard and routine test and inspection services
- Collate, verify and evaluate all test samples related information in accordance to test specification
- Coordinate and communicate with customers and operations on test schedules, test samples delivery and collection
- Monitor and track workflow to meet customers timeframes and committed test schedules
- Prepare standard test reports
- Monitor payment status upon releasing of test reports
- Upload test reports and required documents onto MEC portal
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and handle and resolve customer complaints
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to designated resource
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate succinctly, clearly and confidently to customers
- Flair for coordinating, planning and organizing intensive documentation and paperwork
- Excellent interpersonal skills with display of tact and diplomacy when dealing with customers
- Possess patience to deal with demanding customers
- Able to start on short notice
