Duties/Responsibilities
• Prepare food/drinks as per customer order.
• Responsible for providing quality food & beverages consistently for all customers.
• Provide excellent customer services at counter.
• Required to follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure good hygiene standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of preparation area and counter area.
• Cash handling procedures.
• Manpower splanning, recruitment and schedule of monthly duty roaster for drink stall staff.
• Submission of staff attendance and leave etc to office for payroll processing.
• Analysis the cost of goods sold and ensuring staffs to hit monthly KPI sales target.
• Review financial transactions such as budget and payroll records to ensure weekly expenditures are accounted for and authorize.
• Manage the performance of the service – all employees during shifts in the absence of the Outlet Manager, which includes training, supporting busy outlets where necessary, attending to customer complaints and managing a smooth relationship with the store to ensure that customer satisfaction is maximized at all times.
• Being the first point of contact for the customers to ensure that customer complaints are dealt with the a consistent a fair manner & adherence to all company.
• Adhering to the closing procedure in line with the Company’s Policies and Procedures to minimize financial risk to the Company.
• Provide a two way comminucation and nurture an ownership environment with empasis in motivation and teamwork.
• Managing food and beverage day-to-day operations within budget guidelines and to the highest standard.
• Design exeptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements.
• Perform the monthly inventory in designated store.
• Other ad hoc duties from Manager.
Requirement
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in coffeeshop environment.
• Willing to work long hours and weekends.
• Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices.
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS system).
• Have relevant experiences handling customers and resolve problems efficiently.
