Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.45pm (Mon - Fri)
- Accounting and bookkeeping of the Hub legal entity including month end closing and reconciliation
- Tax compliance matters of the Hub including Corporate taxes, GST and transfer pricing
- Controls and compliance of internal policies and external regulations and standards
- Internal and external audit incl. preparation of statutory accounts
- Payment of invoices
- Improvement of RTR and PTP processes incl. any UATs needed when systems are updated
- Cashflow forecast and other global reporting matters incl. mfgr variance table
- Responsible for monthly regional consolidation and estimate for APAC inventory estimate
- Controls over inventories incl. performance of regular stocktakes
- Financial management reporting and variance analysis
- Supporting in the monthly management retrieval/ reporting for the Supply Chain team
- Assist in the ad hoc finance duties delegated by the Finance Director
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree holder in Accountancy, preferably a certified CPA.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with background in Accounting and Audit.
- Previous financial analysis experience in an MNC.
- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Methodical and strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and perform under pressure.
- Ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in using SAP
