Responsibility
- Provide production reporting and trending to internal stakeholders
- Prepare commentary and perform gap analysis on business performance to assist Management and Underwriters in monitoring the company's performance
- Conduct research on the industry and perform competitor’s analysis to identify business opportunities and increase the company's production
- Collect, collate and analyze a variety of portfolio related data, identify variances and trends, and highlight them to the relevant department
- Manage and support company-driven projects such as gathering of user requirements, process mapping, documentation, user acceptance testing, etc
- Oversee and monitor monthly progress of campaign simulations to ensure consistency in the reports to achieve campaign objectives
- Provide analysis on claims to support the Claims department and Senior Management in managing the bottom line
- Support the department in tasks related to company's compliance obligations and keep up to date on regulatory developments
Requirement
- Degree holder with 3 – 5 years of related experience
- Possess strong Excel and Access skills
- Good Knowledge in Tableau data analytic application is an advantage
- Possess Certificate in General Insurance and Certificate in Health Insurance would be an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal, data analytics and presentation skills
- Able to work effectively and under pressure
- Meticulous, result-oriented and self-driven
- Ability to work independently and as a team
