Job Responsibilities:
- Generate invoices/DO for daily deliveries
- Liaise with appointed forwarders and couriers for deliveries
- Liaise with main warehouse and appointed 3rd party warehouses for release of goods
- Organise and manage inventory, storage and transportation
- Ensure safe and timely pickup and delivery
- Address and resolve inventory issues
- Respond to customer queries and refer clients to the proper channels
- Review customer PO and delivery note to ensure accuracy
- Perform inventory check (twice yearly)
- Provide customer service, coordination and admin/sales support
- Other adhoc duties
Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Logistics / Shipping
- Min 2 years experience in Order Management / Logistics operation
- Able to start immediate
