Responsibilities
- Genaral Affairs
- Oversee and manage all administrative functions within the company
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
- Coordinate and manage office facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for various services
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to general affairs
- Plan and execute company events, meetings, and conferences
- Manage the company's travel arrangements and accommodations
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork and logistics
- Assist the HR Manager with all aspects of HRM, including hiring, payroll, leave, etc.
- Back Office Manager
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Back Office team
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
- Strengthen risk management and internal controls
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and manage compliance tasks
- Supervise, train, and develop team members
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance service delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in general affairs management
- Strong leadership, wide networking and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
